Welcome to DAD.gg ("DAD.gg", "we", "us", or "our"). DAD.gg is a digital storefront that sells in-game and digital products, initially focused on DayZ-related content. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DAD.gg website, the purchase of digital products, and any related services we offer (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on DAD.gg, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service or make any purchase.

These Terms apply to all visitors, whether you browse without registering, purchase as a verified guest, or hold a registered account. Specific terms or conditions shown on individual product pages are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

DAD.gg is operated and owned by the legal entity identified below. The operator is the seller of the digital products offered on this website and is responsible for the fulfillment of orders, customer service, and any statutory obligations toward consumers.

The operator's name, registered address, and contact details must be displayed here before these Terms are published to customers. If any of the above details are missing or incorrect, please contact us so we can update them.

You may use DAD.gg only if you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the law applicable to you. In Finland and most EU jurisdictions, the general age of contractual capacity is 18 years. If you are under 18, you may use the Service and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you create a registered account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may also purchase as a guest without a registered account. Guest checkout requires email verification, as described in these Terms.

You agree to use DAD.gg only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. In particular, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when placing an order or verifying your email.
• Attempt to pay with funds that are not lawfully yours, or to use payment methods without authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or exploit the payment verification process, including submitting false payment confirmations.
• Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other customers' data, order links, or internal systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, monitor, or interfere with the Service, except as reasonably necessary to use the Service as intended.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source or structure of the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit digital products in a manner that violates the terms under which they are provided or applicable third-party rights.
• Use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, suspend access, or take other action where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

DAD.gg sells digital products, which may include in-game items, game keys, digital codes, accounts, or other digital content related to supported games. All products offered on DAD.gg are digital and are delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

Each product page displays the product name, a description, the price, and current availability. Product descriptions are provided in good faith, but we do not warrant that every description is error-free or complete. Products and their availability may change at any time, and a product shown on the website may be removed or modified without prior notice.

Some digital products may depend on third-party platforms, game publishers, or external services (for example, a game's official servers or account systems). We are not responsible for changes made by such third parties that affect the usability of a digital product after delivery.

How products are delivered

We do not promise or guarantee instant delivery, specific delivery times, or uninterrupted availability unless explicitly stated on a product page or confirmed by us in writing.

To place an order, browse the store, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you will see an order summary listing the products and the total amount before payment.

If you are purchasing as a guest (without a registered account), you must verify your email address before you can proceed to payment. Verification is done by entering a single-use 6-digit code sent to your email. This step helps protect against fraud and ensures we can contact you about your order.

Once you initiate payment, an order is created and a cryptocurrency payment request is generated. An order is not considered paid, and no delivery obligation arises, until your payment is confirmed through the platform's payment verification process (see Section 7).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any stage before payment is confirmed, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error is identified, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If a payment has already been made and we cancel the order, we will address the situation in accordance with the refund process described in Section 9.

DAD.gg processes cryptocurrency payments through NOWPayments, a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider. When you start a payment, we generate a payment request that displays the cryptocurrency amount to send and the destination address. You send the payment directly from your own wallet to the displayed address.

Payment confirmation

An order is only considered paid when the cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed on the blockchain network and our payment processor notifies us through its secure webhook. The status shown on the website is for your information; the final confirmation is determined by the payment processor and the network, not by the status display on DAD.gg.

Network conditions and fees

Cryptocurrency payments are subject to network conditions that are outside our control. The following may affect your payment:

• Network fees: You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by the cryptocurrency network. These fees are separate from the order amount.
• Confirmation times: The time for a transaction to be confirmed depends on the cryptocurrency network and may vary significantly.
• Exchange rates: The cryptocurrency amount is calculated based on the exchange rate at the time the payment is created. The rate may change if the payment is not completed promptly.
• Payment window: Each payment request has a limited time window. If the payment is not received and confirmed within that window, the payment request expires.

Failed, expired, underpaid, overpaid, and delayed payments

If a payment is not received within the payment window, the payment request expires and the order remains unpaid. You may start a new payment for the same order if the order has not been cancelled.

If you send an amount that is less than the required amount (underpayment), the payment may not be confirmed, or it may be confirmed at a lower value. If you send more than the required amount (overpayment), any handling of the excess is subject to the payment processor's policies and applicable law.

If a payment fails, is rejected by the network, or is otherwise not confirmed, the order will not be marked as paid and no delivery will occur until a valid payment is received and confirmed.

We do not store your cryptocurrency private keys or wallet credentials. All payment processing is handled by NOWPayments, and we only receive confirmation of the payment status.

Prices for each product are displayed on the product page and in the checkout summary. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website (typically USD). The order total is the sum of the prices of the products in your cart at the time of checkout.

The cryptocurrency amount you pay is calculated from the order total at the time the payment request is created, using the exchange rate provided by the payment processor. This rate may differ from rates available elsewhere and may change if the payment is not completed within the payment window.

We strive to ensure that all prices displayed are accurate. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and, where a payment has already been made, address it in accordance with Section 9.

You may abandon an order at any time before payment without any obligation. Once a payment is initiated, the handling of cancellations and refunds depends on the payment status and the reason for the request.

Before payment confirmation

If your payment has not yet been confirmed, you may simply allow the payment to expire. No charge will have occurred, and no refund is needed.

After payment confirmation

We do not guarantee that a refund can be processed to the exact original amount in cryptocurrency, as network fees and exchange-rate fluctuations may apply. Any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the procedures established by the business owner.

Nothing in this Section limits or removes any statutory consumer rights you may have under Finnish or EU law, as described in Section 10.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Finnish and EU law, you benefit from mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived or limited by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal and digital content

Under Finnish and EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. However, for digital content delivered electronically, this right may expire once delivery has begun, provided that you have given your express consent to delivery starting during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose that right.

If the right of withdrawal has not been validly excluded, you may exercise it within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation. Cryptocurrency refunds during a withdrawal are subject to the technical constraints described in Section 9.

Other consumer protections

Finnish consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki), applies to purchases made by consumers. You have the right to receive products that conform to the description provided and to seek remedies for non-conforming products.

Paying with cryptocurrency does not remove or reduce your statutory consumer protections. These Terms do not imply that all digital purchases are automatically non-refundable, nor that the use of cryptocurrency places you outside the scope of consumer protection law.

Once your payment is confirmed by the payment processor, your order enters the fulfillment process. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided, and the order status will be updated on DAD.gg.

Digital products are delivered through the method described in Section 5. We do not guarantee a specific delivery time unless a delivery timeframe is explicitly stated on the product page or confirmed by us in writing.

If delivery fails or an order cannot be fulfilled

If an order cannot be fulfilled (for example, because a product is no longer available), we will notify you and address the situation in accordance with the refund process in Section 9. If you have not received your product after payment has been confirmed, or if you believe a delivered product is incorrect or missing, please contact us using the details in Section 18.

DAD.gg allows you to purchase digital products without creating a registered account. When you check out as a guest, the following applies:

• You must verify your email address using a single-use 6-digit code before payment.
• Upon verification, a guest session is established that remains valid for 24 hours.
• After completing a payment, you receive a private order link that allows you to view your order and its status.
• The private order link is tied to your order and should be kept secure. Anyone with the link may be able to view the associated order.

You are responsible for keeping your private order link confidential and for ensuring that the email address you provide is accurate and accessible to you. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered or confirmed because an incorrect email address was provided.

A guest session does not create a registered account. If you later create a registered account using the same email, your previous guest orders will not automatically be linked to that account unless we provide a mechanism to do so.

DAD.gg provides digital products through this website. We strive to ensure that products are delivered as described, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Some digital products depend on third-party platforms, game publishers, or external services. We do not warrant that a digital product will remain usable if the relevant third-party platform changes its terms, suspends an account, modifies the game, or discontinues a service.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We take reasonable security measures, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This Section does not affect any statutory warranties or guarantees you may have as a consumer under Finnish or EU law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DAD.gg and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the purchase of digital products.

Where liability is not excluded by mandatory law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid for the order that gives rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Finnish or EU law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or breaches of statutory consumer rights.

The DAD.gg name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by the operator. Game titles, game-related trademarks, and associated intellectual property belong to their respective owners and are used on DAD.gg for identification and descriptive purposes only. DAD.gg is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher unless expressly stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the website's design or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The version of the Terms that applies to your order is the version in effect at the time you place that order.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of DAD.gg are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state in which you reside, and you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) to submit a complaint.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Consumers in Finland may also contact the Consumer Advisory Service (Kuluttajaneuvonta) for guidance and assistance with disputes.
